Returns Policy

We at HJJ Antiques are confident that you will love your purchase, however if this is not the case, we do offer the facility for you to return your item.

Terms of return are as follows:

• Please call or email us first to confirm you are returning an item together with the reason.

• Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

• We will refund the original purchase price of the item..

• You are responsible for return postage costs and insurance of the item.

• The item must be securely packed (we recommend using the packaging in which you received your item).

• If we do not receive the item in the condition in which it was sent, or if we do not receive it at all, we are unable to issue any refund.
